To ensure that every timepiece leaving the Rolex workshops complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications, Rolex has established a dedicated servicing procedure. Each movement is thoroughly inspected, while the case and metal bracelet are meticulously polished to restore their original lustre. Rolex watches also undergo rigorous timing and waterproofness tests, guaranteeing quality, precision and reliability.
The two-year service guarantee
After a complete service, your Rolex watch is covered by a two-year service guarantee. This does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from an accident or from mishandling of the watch. Any intervention by a non-Rolex-authorised third party, or the fitting of non-Rolex-manufactured parts or accessories, will void the service guarantee.
